There is a unique atmosphere which is produced by being inside of a restaurant, a sense of intimacy as all the tables are close to the stage so you get a real feel for the performances up close and personal.
Opened in 1969 as the flagship Pizza Express branch and since then it has hosted some of the world’s finest jazz musicians such as Kenny Garrett, Norah Johes, Jamie Cullum, Peter White and many more.
PizzaExpress Jazz Club has won numerous awards over the years including ‘venue of the year’ twice which is no surprise as their Pizza’s do not disappoint and the regular Jazz performances are always top quality, this venue is one of the gem’s of London.
Open until 11pm, booking is recommended as the venue can get busy, especially if a famous musician is performing.
