There is a unique atmosphere which is produced by being inside of a restaurant, a sense of intimacy as all the tables are close to the stage so you get a real feel for the performances up close and personal.
Opened in 1969 as the flagship Pizza Express branch and since then it has hosted some of the world’s finest jazz musicians such as Kenny Garrett, Norah Jones, Jamie Cullum, Peter White and many more.

Open until 11pm, booking is recommended as the venue can get busy, especially if a famous musician is performing.
Tottenham Court Road is the closest underground station and only a 3 min walk away. As this famous restaurant is located in the heart of London, public transport is not your only option, there are black cabs, ubers or why not try a London Santander Cycle which can cost as little as £2 for a 24hr period, perfect if you want to explore the city before grabbing a Pizza to refuel.
